Will your business survive without AI?

In the next three years, businesses using AI will replace the ones that don't. We build the systems that put you on the winning side.

Thirty minutes. Tell us your challenges — we'll tell you honestly what AI can and can't fix. No pitch, no jargon.
Who we are / S·01

From experimenting with AI to operating with it.

S3VEN.AI is an AI business consulting and transformation firm that helps established companies adopt artificial intelligence in a practical, secure, and profitable way. We work with owners and leadership teams who know AI will change their industry but aren't sure what to implement, where to start, or how to turn it into measurable business results.

We don't introduce companies to the latest AI tools. We redesign how work gets done — combining strategy, automation, data, customer experience, and operational systems. Our job is to help businesses move beyond experimenting with AI tools and begin operating with connected AI systems.

137 jobs mapped. 94 can run unattended. The remaining workflows stay human-led or human-approved.

No business needs all 137. The assessment decides which ones yours actually needs, and in what order they get built.

What we do / S·04

Seven practices. One operating discipline.

Every business is different, so every engagement is scoped differently. These are the disciplines we bring — the assessment determines which ones your business actually needs, and in what order.

01

AI Strategy & Advisory

What AI actually means for your company, your industry, and your competitive position — and which moves to make first. We start with your goals and your customers, never with a platform.

02

AI Readiness Assessment

A structured review of how work gets done — leads, follow-up, operations, data, risk. You get a prioritized roadmap of what to automate, why it matters, and the expected business impact.

03

AI System Design & Implementation

We design, build, integrate, and launch the systems on that roadmap — customer-facing and internal — as one connected business system, not a pile of disconnected tools.

04

AI Governance & Responsible Adoption

Policies, employee training, and oversight so your company adopts AI safely — without exposing customer data, breaking compliance, or buying tools nobody controls.

05

Fractional Chief AI Officer

Ongoing AI leadership without adding a full-time executive — strategy, vendor decisions, governance, and coordinated adoption across every department.

06

AI Employees

Whether it’s an AI CFO watching your numbers or an AI HR manager running onboarding, we build AI employees for the roles you need filled — not just what’s on this list.

07

CRM & Sales Automation

One place where every lead, conversation, and deal lands — pipelines that move on their own, nothing sitting in an inbox, and real visibility into what's actually closing.

Not sure which you need?

That's exactly what the strategy call is for.

How we build it

How we build it.

Your business either builds AI capability or gets outrun by the one that did. We build a connected operating system across your customer journey — scoped by the assessment, live in weeks, and tuned every month after launch. Not a project that ends. Infrastructure that compounds.

A system, not a pile of subscriptions

Attract, capture, convert, retain — seven components on one CRM and data spine, so every part feeds the next.

Built around your operations, not a template

The assessment maps how your business actually runs. What gets built fits that — including the exceptions everyone else ignores.

Your team stays in control

Urgent and sensitive work routes to humans with full context. Governance, policies, and training come standard — not as an afterthought.

It gets better every month

Monitoring, tuning, and new opportunities surfaced monthly. Results compound instead of stalling on day 31.

How we work / S·06

Five phases. It starts with the assessment.

There's no menu to pick from. Every engagement starts with the assessment — because we won't recommend systems before we understand how your business actually runs. What gets built after that is decided by what the assessment finds.

01

The Assessment

We review your processes, customer journey, technology, and operational challenges — how leads arrive, how they're handled, where work repeats, and where opportunities are being missed.

Includes
  • Operations & workflow mapping
  • Customer journey review
  • Systems & data review
  • AI risk & governance check
02

Findings Report

We present what we found and what it's costing you — opportunities ranked by impact, effort, cost, and readiness, with the expected business result for each.

You receive
  • Prioritized findings
  • Implementation roadmap
  • Expected business impact
  • Yours whether you build or not
03

The Build Plan

We scope the Revenue Engine to what the assessment found — architecture, integrations, timeline, and investment — approved by you before a line of it gets built.

You receive
  • System architecture
  • Integration plan
  • Timeline & scope
  • Defined investment
04

Implementation

We configure, integrate, test, and launch — building on the technology you already own wherever possible, and training your team so it actually gets used.

You receive
  • Live, tested systems
  • Integrations & data flow
  • Team training & SOPs
  • Documentation
05

Monthly Optimization

Implementation isn't a one-time event. We monitor results, refine the workflows, improve the customer experience, and surface new opportunities as the company matures.

Ongoing
  • Monitoring & tuning
  • Performance reporting
  • New opportunities surfaced
  • Expansion as you grow
Standalone or add-on

Fractional Chief AI Officer

For companies that need ongoing AI leadership rather than — or alongside — a build. Strategy, vendor decisions, governance, employee training, and coordinated adoption across departments, without hiring a full-time executive. Runs with any engagement, or entirely on its own.

How we differ / S·07

Real Consultants, not content creators.

There's a flood of new "AI agencies." Here's how to tell the difference.

S3VEN.ai
The YouTube AI agency
Strategy first — the business outcome is defined before any technology is picked
Starts with the tool they know — your business has to fit it
More than 30 years of enterprise consulting behind every engagement
Learned a few tools last quarter; selling a course this quarter
Connected systems across sales, service, and operations
A chatbot here, an automation there — nothing talks to anything
Strategy and execution under one roof — we design it, then we build it
Recommendations with no build, or builds with no strategy
Governance, security, and employee training built into every adoption
Has never heard of an AI policy
Measured on revenue, hours returned, and real adoption
Measured on tools purchased
S·07 / why ussubstance over noise
Around a third of inbound calls arrive after hours or while staff are already on the line. Those callers rarely leave a voicemail — they call the next firm on the list. Answered and qualified on the second ring, they book instead.
3-Attorney Firm · Personal injury & family law
13 → 0
Missed calls per week
At a $3,500 average matter, recovering four a month is $168,000 a year.
An empty chair is revenue you cannot recover that day, and the recall list nobody has an hour to work sits untouched. Reminder sequences, waitlist fill, and automatic recall change both.
2-Location Dental Practice · General & cosmetic
8% → 4%
Appointment no-show rate
Across four chairs, that recovers roughly one full production day every month.
Peak week brings three to four times normal call volume, and the biggest tickets in the business go quiet after the estimate. Every call answered, every quote worked until it is accepted or declined.
12-Tech HVAC Company · Residential service & replacement
62% → 100%
Peak-week calls answered
One additional system replacement a month, at $9,000 installed, is six figures a year.

Meet the founder

Hey, I'm Quintin.

I started S3VEN.AI to help business owners harness the power of AI without the complexity.

For more than 30 years I've had the pleasure of working for some of the largest Business Consulting Firms in the world — IBM, Kyndryl, Infosys, and The Boston Consulting Group.

Unlike many of these new AI agencies run by content creators that recently learned a few tools on YouTube, we combine real world business consulting experience with modern AI automation to build systems that actually work inside real businesses.

These systems identify opportunities where AI can reduce costs, increase speed-to-lead, and improve customer experience.

My focus is simple — implement practical AI solutions that create real business results.

Questions

Asked, answered.

Do I need to understand AI for this to work?

No. That's the point. We handle the strategy, the build, and the maintenance. You'll see the results in your calendar, your call logs, and your revenue — not in software you have to learn.

We already use ChatGPT. Isn't that enough?

That's experimenting — and it's a fine start. But a chatbot subscription isn't an AI strategy. The gains come from connected systems: lead capture feeding your CRM, follow-up running automatically, reporting your leadership actually uses. We take businesses from experimenting with AI to operating with it.

Is our company and customer data safe?

That question is exactly why governance is one of our seven practices. We put policies, approved-tool standards, and data-handling guidelines in place so your team uses AI safely — instead of pasting sensitive information into whatever tool they found last week.

Will this replace my staff?

It replaces the part of their day they can't keep up with — the missed calls, the midnight DMs, the follow-ups that fall through. Your team gets to focus on customers in front of them, and urgent calls still reach a live person.

What happens on the AI strategy call?

Thirty minutes on your business: where you're losing opportunities, what AI can realistically do about it, and whether we're a fit. No pressure, no jargon — just practical ideas you keep either way.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the systems your business needs, which is exactly what the strategy call and assessment determine. Most clients find that one or two additional customers per month covers the investment.

Will it work with my current systems?

Yes. We integrate with the tools you already use — your CRM, calendar, website, phone, and marketing platforms — rather than replacing them.

How long until it's live?

The assessment runs one to two weeks. The first systems go live within 30 days of approving the roadmap. After that the workforce expands roughly a department at a time, so each phase is earning before the next one starts.

Start with a call.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. Here's exactly how it goes:

01You tell us your business and your challenges.
02We tell you honestly what AI can — and can't — fix.
03If it makes sense, we map the next step. If not, we say so.
No pressure.No jargon.No obligation.
